Select the type of video message you’d like to send to your customer via the MovinOnApp.
Enter in the customer details (Email and SMS), and record your video.
Press send and your video will be uploaded and sent straight to the recipient.
Our video messages are a marketing tool that’s tailored to deliver the most benefit to the client.
Simply choose the template that you want to send to the customer from the drop-down list in the MovinOnApp mobile application.
Each video template is already pre-populated with information like a tailored text message, branded promotional imagery and potential questions depending on which one you choose, so they couldn’t be easier to use.
Video messages can also include a ‘follow-on’ corporate video and links out to properties or offers that the client might find of interest.
Enter the name, telephone number and/or the email of the person you are sending your video to, then simply shoot your video message.
Feel free to pause the video, flip the camera and continue recording for maximum effect – this works great for property tours or explaining paperwork.
Don’t worry about messing up! Once you’ve recorded your video you get to watch it back where you can either accept it or delete it and start again – making sure you end up with a recording that you’re completely happy with.
You can also choose to upload pre-recorded video messages too.
Press send and your video message will upload over Wifi or 4G, or you can save and upload later.
Once sent, your message will be received as a link in either a text or an email (or both) from your company name, and the webpage containing your video will be completely personalised and branded to your business.
You can choose to receive notifications to your mobile or email once the customer has opened the message, watched your video and/or responded to any of the included questions.
The MovinOnApp system allows you to see all the messages that have been sent by user, type, date, property, recipient and also shows when each individual message has been opened and read.
